By using this Kytos website (www.kytos.be and sub-pages) and/or the KytoBox app, (box.kytos.be and sub-pages) you agree to acceptance of this Website and App Privacy Policy. Information Collection and Use

• IP Addresses- We collect and log the IP address of all visitors to www.kytos.be and box.kytos.be. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. IP addresses allow computers and servers to recognize and communicate with one another. We collect IP address information so that we can properly manage our system and gather information about how our site is being used. This includes the pages visitors are viewing. Your IP address may be associated with records containing personal information.
• Personal information- includes information that is unique to an individual, such as a name, address, job title, email address or telephone number that can be submitted through our contact form or service request form
• Specifically for the KytoBox app (box.kytos.be) the company and user information that was provided at onboarding (email address, preferred language, company name and user name) is used to provide a secure and personalized app experience.

If you submit to Kytos BV any personal information relating to other people, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this privacy policy. By submitting personal information, you grant Kytos BV the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store and use your information in connection with the operation of the website.

Kytos BV uses the information you provide to fulfill online requests, application logins and personalization settings and respond to customer service inquiries, or in other ways as required by law.

These are authorized members of the Kytos BV workforce, who are required to attend training on privacy and confidentiality. In some cases, third parties contracted by Kytos BV may have access to your information to perform a specific task, for example, to send you a newsletter.

Kytos BV makes every reasonable effort to ensure that your personal information remains as secure as possible. Accordingly, we prevent unauthorized access by a secure firewall and use of security technologies to protect the integrity and privacy of any personal information you provide.

As an additional security measure, your personal information is also encrypted during transmission by Secure Socket Layer 128-bit encryption software. (Encryption is a common method used to transmit sensitive data across the Internet. Encryption temporarily makes the text unreadable during the time it is being transmitted over the Internet.) This is an industry standard. Furthermore, your data at-rest is encrypted as well.

Although we endeavor to protect your personal information, Kytos BV cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us through online applications, and you do so at your own risk. Depending on the nature of the inquiry, your communication could be discarded or archived.

The website (www.kytos.be) and associated forms do not retain any personal information. The KytoBox app (box.kytos.be/app) retains all the required user- and raw data throughout the duration of your Kytos service programme subscription and up to two months (60 days) after the end of the subscription. At all time the results data can be downloaded via the application. After the end of this period, the inactive user account is locked, but data is not removed, unless specifically requested via kytobox@kytos.be. User data can be removed upon request without account deletion, results data can be removed as well without account deletion. Should permanent account deletion be required, can this also be requested in the previously mentioned address.

Online Forms

Forms provided on Kytos BV’s website may include event registration, newsletter signups, or marketing data collection forms. The information required to complete the transaction is noted on each specific form. Although we provide robust security measures to protect the transmission of information, Kytos BV is not responsible if unauthorized parties gain access to the confidential information shared in the online forms.

Email Information
